Kendal Esquerre Co-Founder of InHer Power
Kendal's spiritual journey started long before she was even born, going back through the maternal lineage of her ancestors. Feeling a call to spiritual work at a young age, she was initiated as a shaman in 1994 and has deepened her skills in energy work over the last twenty years. By combining her spiritual knowledge with her artistic background as a dancer, she understands the importance of the mind, body, spirit connection and utilizes those skills in her work. Having experienced trauma in various forms as well as depression and anxiety in her own life, she aligns her spiritual work to help process personal and generational trauma. She is able to blend ancient knowledge with modern information in all of her healing modalities to craft a holistic view to balance both the physical and spiritual worlds. She is experienced in meditation, sound healing, altar work, crystal healing as well as energy healing and cleansing.

Her greatest passion has become assisting others on the journey to unshakable peace, while being fully transparent about what it takes to get there. Kandace is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Meditation Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Sound Therapist. Zamanta Archibold Founder of Za Yoga Life
Zamanta was born in Panama, by a Trinidadian mother, but raised in Brooklyn, NY. She started her career as a corporate interior designer. While in the pursuit of her Black Belt in Karate, she discovered yoga in 2002. She became an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor full time and that has been her life's work ever since.
Zamanta received her certification from the honorable Swami Brahmavidyananda. Her Hatha yoga format comes from her unique rhythm and energy combined with years of practicing a variety of yoga styles: Ashtanga, Anusara, and Vinyasa. No class is the same, but each class focuses on alignment, movement, strengthening and having fun. Her intentions for our time together at the BGS Healing Retreat are to "work with both the physical and the mental, depending on your needs, to bring more balance into your life."
