Black Girl Speaks, BGS, is a global MOVEMENT that helps us all heal from the pain, turmoil, and anguish of life by SPEAKing our truths, honoring our feelings, and moving THROUGH them without shame or judgement to find peace. We are the advocates for the voiceless and oppressed. We are advocates for each other.

BGS, among other things, is also a sisterhood of women who share a cultural identity. Members will use our forum to uplift and encourage each other; to share in each other's sorrows and rejoice in each other's triumphs, especially those that are unique to us as women of color. This is a space where we connect healers with those of us who are in need of it. All of us are both. This is our sanctuary. Welcome home Black Girls.
